Download and complete the City of Franklin permit application form and send along with $8.00 check or cash to: Jill Fagan, 220 Sontag Dr.

The permit request form and the $8 can be put in the box on Jill's front porch. The $8 can be cash or check made out to Jill Fagan. (The permit cost $5 and the remaining $3 covers the Tennessean ad, flyers and balloons.) Your permit and the balloons for your mailbox on the day of the sale will be delivered to you by May 20th, 2011.

The form and fee must be returned by May 17th. 

After May 17th, homeowners are responsible for obtaining their own permits.
