Download and complete the City of Franklin permit application form and send along with $8.00 check or cash to: Jill Fagan, 220 Sontag Dr.

The form and fee must be returned by May 11th.
After May 11th, homeowners are responsible for obtaining their own permits. The Committee will secure the permits for all applications received by May 11th and deliver the permits prior to May 15th along with balloons, signs, and other information. The Homeowners association will advertise in the local newspapers prior to the event and a nice sign will be placed on Sunday, May 8th.
